Hope is both fragile and powerful. It flickers like a candle in the dark, easily dimmed by disappointment and heartache, yet it also has the strength to sustain us through the deepest trials. I know this because I’ve lived it.

My journey through infertility and IVF was filled with seasons of waiting; sometimes with faith, sometimes with fear, and often with a flood of emotions I didn’t know how to navigate. The grief of loss, the frustration of unanswered prayers, and the ache of unfulfilled longing weighed heavily on my heart. In those moments, I longed for words that would remind me I wasn’t alone, that hope was still alive even when the answers hadn’t come yet. That longing led me to write Hope Strong.

This book is for the woman who feels stuck in the “not yet.” Whether she’s waiting for healing, a child, a breakthrough, or simply the next step, Hope Strong offers encouragement and faith-filled reflections to remind her that God is present in the waiting. It also acknowledges the deep and often conflicting emotions that come with an infertility journey - grief, anger, hope, doubt - and provides practical ways to process and overcome them through faith, prayer, and resilience. Through personal stories, biblical truths, and heartfelt prayers, I share the lessons I’ve learned about trusting God’s timing and finding joy even in uncertainty.
